You may also order by telephone at: (908)-220-6721 or (866)-522-6238| Fax: 866-917-6608 - (if you order by fax, please print out our secure order form and provide all the required information before faxing it to us). You can also put multiple artworks into your cart and you may revisit your cart at any time to add, delete, review and/or purchase your favorite pieces.
Ask Us for an exact quote on shipping. We ship fully insured via U.P.S., and we charge only actual shipping and insurance costs. We do not charge for packing unless it is a large piece requiring crating. ALL information is strictly private and is not shared with anyone. We welcome international orders, and ship worldwide. We guarantee your satisfaction - you may notify us of your intention to return your purchase for any reason within five days of receipt.*
Please note that no personal information or credit card information is stored on our server. When you enter your secure order this data is further encrypted and transmitted to us securely, and is not retained on the server. It is NOT subject to compromise by an attack on our server (i.e., "hacking"). We are quite proud of our secure ordering system, so if you have more specific questions about it, please Ask Us and we will pleased to tell you in more detail how we have designed it with security uppermost in mind.
Prices are in addition to shipping and insurance, unless stated otherwise. Unless a large piece requires crating, we do not charge for packing - only for actual shipping costs. Call or email to determine the exact amount. Paintings on canvas are stretched and ready for framing, and are shipped flat; paintings on paper are shipped rolled unless matted and/or specified otherwise. Prints, whether on paper or canvas, are normally shipped rolled unless otherwise specified. Except for large framed paintings which may need to be crated, shipping and insurance for most items to North America will be less than $50. Shipments to European and Asian addresses, etc., will be somewhat more for boxed pieces, but will be quite reasonable for rolled ones - usually under US$50.
Most countries do not charge import duties on fine art; however, some have sales or other local taxes such as VAT, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not charge sales taxes except for shipments to Maryland addresses.
*/Not applicable to specially commissioned artworks. You MUST telephone or email us to receive an RMA before returning an artwork; otherwise it will NOT be accepted. Unless the mistake was our own, returns are subject to a $30 restocking charge or our actual shipping costs. This applies also to shipments not accepted or unclaimed by the purchaser. Of course if the mistake is ours, there is no such charge.
